Online Videos and Proactive Coaching
All clients have access to online training videos that demonstrate how to use the different sections of Co-construct, from selections to change orders to scheduling, and beyond.
Clients may also participate in a project audit review. The term "audit" may cause you to break out in a sweat, but this is one you'll like! A member of our team reviews your first project to give you detailed feedback about what is going well and what things you could do differently to get even more from the system. Even if you're tickled pink with Co-construct, we usually can offer suggestions to help you take things to the next level.
Online Help
Once in the Co-construct site, you can access screen-specific help from wherever you are. We have compiled real questions from real builders and placed the answers within easy reach, just when you need them.
E-mail Support
Personal attention and support is also available via e-mail, allowing you to get quick answers to your questions, often even outside of "normal" business hours.
Phone Support
You can also reach Co-construct support via phone at 800-213-3392. In addition to being able to talk through an issue together, we can use our screen-sharing tool so we can look at the same information at the same time.
Upgrades
Co-construct is completely web-based, which means that we can make upgrades without our builders having to install anything. And, better yet, because Co-construct is a subscription-based service, those upgrades are included for free.
