Getting Started
How long does it take to get up and running?
Ask your Co-construct representative to walk you through our free Building Success™ program. This step-by-step plan shows you exactly what information we need to set up your account, how we train your team, and the proactive coaching we provide as you get started. Builders can be up and running within days, but some choose to move more slowly, combining starting Co-construct with a rethinking of their processes. In either case, the timeline is usually a function of the home builder, rather than Co-construct. If you have upcoming projects and a short window to start using Co-construct, let your representative know so we can accommodate your needs.
Will I have to train my clients?
Co-construct will provide you with a brief "Getting Started Guide for Clients" that will give your clients the basics on how the site works. Once your clients have their logins, the on-screen instructions and straightforward approach take care of the rest. That way, your clients can focus on their home, and not on using Co-construct.
What support do you provide?
Co-construct’s Building Success™ program takes a pre-planned, step-by-step approach to get you started and trained. From there, we provide proactive coaching on your first projects to address any issues before they arise. At any time, online help documentation is easily accessible within the site, and free e-mail and phone support is available from the Co-construct team. What equipment will I need?
You only need a computer with a web browser and internet access. If you are reading this, then you are probably ready to go! Co-construct is completely web-based, so there is no software to install or update, for you or your clients. This also means that you can easily use Co-construct in the field with a wireless-enabled laptop or TabletPC.
Will Co-construct work on a Mac?
Yes. We recommend the use of the Firefox web browser for Mac users.
