Co-construct's web-based project management software gives custom builders and remodelers a simple way to manage their jobs:
- Start new jobs quickly by creating schedule templates that can be copied over to a new job. Job-specific tasks can still be tweaked as needed.
- Co-construct automatically calculates date changes through support for linking tasks, along with lag and lead time.
- The system automatically notifies subcontractors and team members about new tasks or changes to existing tasks. Everyone always has the latest info.
- Subcontractors, if they use e-mail, can easily confirm their availability for their assigned tasks through Co-construct. If a sub does not have e-mail, the home builder can still confirm it manually.
- Subs can log in to view the schedule and see what tasks you have upcoming for them on all of your projects.
- You can choose to share a calendar view of the schedule with your clients, so they are kept in the loop.
- Based on schedule changes, Co-construct will alert clients to upcoming and overdue selection decisions.
